Ship Design - Naval Architect - Structure & Outfitting

Grontmij are continuously expanding our marine business activities and we need new and experienced colleges to join the SEAHORSE design team.

We are currently hiring experienced Naval Architects with solid experience and excellent communication skills to join our Shanghai Design Team.

You are:

Naval Architect with University Degree M.Sc or B.Sc
Familiar with major players in the Marine Business and preferably with strong professional network
A team player but also capable of solving tasks individually.
Outgoing and open-minded

You have:

Minimum 5 to 10 years Experience from shipyard, design house, classification society or similar
Experience with all major areas of Naval architecture
Competent knowledge of Class Rules and International Regulation
Solid Experience with Ship Design
Knowledge of Class Rule Calculation Software
Experience with AutoCad
Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
Good English communication skills

Occasionally you will have to participate in technical meetings and some travel activity is to be expected.

国外设计公司很少做电气的。
就出的很少的那几份例如电力平衡计算书，和一次系统，也是由轮机的带掉的，或者就外包给别的小公司。

了解，，哎，之前在设计公司的时候，拿到的基本设计图纸，就一个负荷计算书，一个主干走向，一个Spec.
那时候总部明白，基本设计阶段到底是怎么确定主机数量和容量的。

是的，基本设计就是提供这些。主机的确定和电气关系不大，除非是配轴发的。需要的功率是总体基于船模试验给出的，当然也考虑空间，油耗等因素。
而发电机的确定是基于电力负荷计算书的，不过对于基本设计来说，很多设备的参数是基于母型船及自己的经验来估算的。但是至少不能漏了大的设备，然后留些余量给发电机，例如在75%-80%。

恩,我说错了,本想说发电机来着....但是现在我们这地方的平台都是电推或根本没推,就习惯把发电机都叫主机了。
以前觉得老外就出那么几张简图,就赚很多的设计费用,我们那么多人做详设,成百上千张图纸,设计费还没他们多...觉得他们剥削咱们..后来想想,还是外国鬼子的技术含量高啊。我们做的细化的工作都是他们铺好路了的.
