To meet our rapid growth, we are recruiting high caliber professionals to fill the following positions.
Responsibilities: 1.Overseeing effective operation and performance of the entire CSC team in China, to recruit competent and right people for our vessels in right time and right cost, and to retain existing seafarers already in the group. 2.Handling of routine Chinese crew matters of the group, including gathering information on any regulation changes , crew wages etc . 3. Submitting regular reports to the Group Dir HR Marine and implementing any instructions given.. 4. Coordination and communication with various Chinese manning agents for recruitment in compliance with the requirements of SDCs 5. Coordinating and planning the manning requirements of ships, manpower planning, and forecast in coordination with SDCs. 6. Maintaining an updated Chinese crew list and an updated database for Chinese crew pool 7. Monitoring the performance appraisal are done in time for Chinese seafarers and recorded in shipmate 8. Maintaining close public relations with floating staff and manning agents. 9. Ensuring that crew personnel files are timely updated in the shipmate and verifying certificate status of crew as per vessel requirements. 10. Ensuring that identified crew on vacation are attending any courses / seminars arranged by the training team.
Requirements: 1. Over 10 years working experience 2. Sailing experience is a must, Master’s qualification will be a plus. 3. Solid manning experience with ship’s manning agent or ship owner office. 4. Familiar with concepts of Human Resources Management, Training and Development. 5. Good spoken / written English is a must. 6. Proactive approach and persuasive type. 7. Well motivated and open to complex working. 8. Must be a team player and able to work under pressure
