Customer Relationship Management
Identification of prospective working as accurately as possible
To clearly communicate to customer our company's capability, expertise and commitment to provide value through creative solution, quality product and services
To identify and recommend target projects
To seek and obtain approval for funding in support of bidding activities through the bid no bid analysis/capture plan form
To take the lead in the development and execution of capture plans
To take the lead in ensuring that the content of the proposal presented to the customer is in line with the capture plan
Taking a lead role in the proposal review process
Recommend pricing levels to management based on current market intelligence.
Ensure any press release has obtained necessary approval.
Ensure company's visibility through advertisement, conference, trade shows etc.
Establish the company Business Development group to take over Business Development from JRM.
Ensuring that the training needs of quality department personnel are identified and action.
Develop the assigned annual operating budget, monitor budgted performance to ensure adherence to budget, identify variances and implements cost reduction strategies when required.
Support and enforce the Compliance/Ethics program as described in the Corporate" Code of Business Conduct". Report possible or actual ethic violations to Compliance Manager or General Manager. Provide guidance and mentorship for direct reports related to Compliance/Ethics issues. Assist when requested with investigations into compliance/ethics investigations and reports. Maintain confidentiality of ethics issues and those who report possible or actual compliance/ethics issue.
Requirements:
10 years' experience in business development or engineering management.
Good BD relationship in domestic
