Manager of Operations (Shanghai Office)
Mission:
In charge of all the operations in China, including engineering, project management, procurement and operations support.
Responsibilities:
Impact on Business:
•        Has an overall control over the Engineering Department.
•        Has an overall control over the project budget, planning, schedule, progress, scope change and execution to maximize project results and optimize client relations.
•        Obtains relevant internal and external resources for the engineering department to perform its duty and complete projects.
•        Plans and manages all the resources including recruiting, training, evaluating, motivating, developing people and ensuring the compliance with all the standards.
•        Ensures safe and efficient Heavy Lift Vessels operating.
•        Ensures timely and efficient purchase of equipment, materials and services for the projects.
•        Manages the engineering, project management, procurement and operations support teams.
Innovation and Change:
•        Optimizes the operation process and maximizes operation efficiency.
•        Defines project strategy in coherence with company strategy.
Internal & External Customers/Suppliers as well as Third Parties:
•        Manages Internal & External interfaces for engineering, project, procurement and operations.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
•        Bachelor or higher degree in naval architecture or offshore engineering discipline from renowned universities is preferred.
Professional Knowledge:
•        Above 10 years of experience in offshore industry, preferably from MNC.
•        Solid experience in engineering project management with the Certificate of PMP preferred.  
•        Significant people management skills with the experience of managing a large team.
•        Good at resource management and planning including recruiting, training, evaluating, motivating, developing people and ensuring the compliance with all the standards.
•        Knowledge of procurement and onsite operations support is an advantage.
Other skills:
•        MS Office
•        Project management.
•        Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.

Sales Manager Heavy Marine Transport (Shanghai Office)
Mission:
Responsible for the overall negotiation and administration of contracts and the development and implementation of contracts. Realize the follow up of incoming inquiries and ensuring the total tender process with customers. Realization of the gross revenue and gross margin targets in the target market.
Responsibilities:
Impact on Business:
•        Identifies the actions and time scheduled needed to define opportunity approach.
•        Secures the agreed pricing strategy in the target market and initiating opportunities to stretch pricing possibilities.
•        Defines which inquiries are hot, medium and cold and agree the tender/proposal process.
•        Reports in time if signing of the contract is in danger and propose corrective actions.
•        Ensures and maintains the complete contractual negotiation process and final signature and secure control of all relevant documents regarding the complete process.
•        Ensures commercial information data input on inquiries, contracts, visit reports, competitive information and customer information in relevant marketing information databases.
•        Adheres to company business ethics and corporate governance compliance.
•        Extensive travelling within designated region.
Innovation and Change:
•        Identifies, analyzes, develops, advises and presents relevant new business opportunities within designated segment.

Requirements:
Educational Background:
•        Bachelor or higher with a technical background
Professional Knowledge:
•        Above 5 years of sales experience in Heavy Marine Transport area with existing network in oil and offshore engineering industry.
•        Training in the field of commercial, shipping and/or business knowledge and skills.
•        Knowledge and experience with required computer programs.
Other skills:
•        MS Office.
•        Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
