Job Title: Drafter Lead

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Houston office, Breda office and clients, and convey valuable design information to the drafter team, distribute job to drafter reasonably.

Lead drafter group to provide drafting support to Design Engineers.

Help the drafters to build high sense of teamwork and supervise the drafter team to work closely to achieve project objectives.

Can handle several projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

At least 8-10 years of working experience in the offshore structural design/drafting field, with minimum 3 years in a drafter team leader role；

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English

College degree or above with Ocean Engineering, Ship structural or Steel structural Background or relevant fields.

Proficient with AutoCAD drawing software 〔English version） and related office software

Good presentation, communication skills and leadership ability.

International engineering company working experience is preferred.

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Purpose/Mission: Gathers and report relevant market data from external and internal sources, translates data in relevant information, initiates, acquires, operates desk research, tracks and analyzes relevant market data, competitive information and customer data. Executes Market Analysis on regular and ad hoc basis. Also supports marketing communication activities.

Key Accountabilities:

Impact on Business:

Support sales with information on leads or prospects.

Supports the Marketing Information Manager to acquire and analyze relevant market data from external and internal sources.

Translates data in relevant information, operates desk research, tracks and analyzes relevant market data, competitive information and customer data.

Executes ad hoc marketing analyses and assists with regular Marketing Intelligence reporting.

Maintains the marketing information system, keeps up to date, exclude doubles. Also initiates improvements.

Gathers and reports internal management information

Supports B2B PR and promotional events according to the agreed project briefs with coordination of promotional support, materials, media & press support, invitations, etc.

Supports the agreed design, execution, distribution and maintenance of promotional materials like folders & leaflets.

Supports the agreed design, execution, distribution and maintenance of business/relation gifts.

Supports the agreed B2B sponsoring activities.

Acts as a backup for the marketing assistant.

Internal & External Customers/Suppliers as well as Third Parties:

Advises and supports relevant departments in the organization with market, competitive and customer information.

Works closely with the commercial departments in the different offices around the world to provide and gather relevant market information.

Supports relevant departments in the organization with relevant data and coordination with foreign offices.

People Leadership:

Manager of marketing assistant.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor or higher.

Professional Knowledge: Knowledge and above 3 years of experience in market research. Affinity with O&G and Shipping Industry.

Other skills: MS Office, Excel on professional level Database management. Fluent in Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.

Competencies: Business environment, communication, analytical & conceptual thinking and service oriented.
