Job Title:Sales Manager Engineering Services
Aim of function:
Responsible for the sales of Dockwise Engineering services in Asia Pacific Region. Responsibilities include full range from Business Development to overall negotiation / administration of contracts and the development and implementation of contracts. Realize the follow up of incoming inquiries and ensuring the total tender process with customers. Realization of the gross revenue and gross margin targets in the target market.
Responsibilities:
●Identify, analyze, develop, advise and present relevant new business opportunities
●Initiate, develop and execute the account management plan for accounts
●Create and maintain substantial amount of contacts/relationships with (potential) client(s) and all parties involved
●Setup meetings and presentations for introduction of engineering capabilities and project scopes
●Coordinate account management plans with foreign offices and commercial agents
●Identify the actions and time scheduled needed to define opportunity approach
●Secure the agreed pricing strategy in the target market
●Initiate opportunities to stretch pricing possibilities
●Ensure and maintain the complete negotiation process and final signature
●Secure control of all relevant documents regarding the complete process
●Ensure commercial information data input in relevant databases
●Coordinate and delegate internally oriented activities to the Sales Coordinator
Requirements:
●Completed (Technical) Bachelor degree or higher
●5 years of industry, project and sales experience
●Existing industrial network
●Fluent in English, verbally and written
●Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Job Title: Drafting Lead
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Houston office, Breda office and clients, and convey valuable design information to the drafting team, distribute job to drafters reasonably.
Lead drafting group to provide drafting support to Design Engineers.
Help the drafters to build high sense of teamwork and supervise the drafting team to work closely to achieve project objectives.
Can handle several projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
College degree or above in ocean engineering, ship structural, steel structural or relevant fields.
5-10 years of working experience in the offshore structural design/drafting field, with minimum 3 years in a drafting team leader role.
Proficient with AutoCAD drawing software (English version) and related office software.
International engineering company working experience is preferred.
Good presentation, communication skills and leadership ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Purpose/Mission: Coordinates sales related activities internally. Makes sure the designated segment is properly organized internally. Provides support to sales managers with commercial, administrative and operational activities. The sales coordinator is first point of contact for the sales department internally, sales and area managers.
Key Accountabilities:
Impact on Business:
Maintains an awareness of marketing decisions, status of client proposal evaluations and acceptance, and contract negotiations.
Coordinates, prepares and ensures sales presentations, prospect / project documentation 〔e.g. Strategy to win, Client satisfaction, close-out documentation) are up to date.
Ensures sales prospect database is up to date and accurate.
Expedites and coordinates bid decisions and management approval of commercial and contractual terms, Ensures adequate archiving and document control within the department in order to comply with the ISO standards and requirements.
Supports project manager in the technical proposal development process including budget, risk, schedule, storyboarding, revising and improving the document, coordinating of meetings 〔bid/no-bid, management reviews, strategy development etc.).
Collaborates in the development of outlines and content strategies for proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Supports the layout of all documents in conjunction with Project Manager.
Supports the development of Strategy-to-Win to guide the proposal/presentations process and takes the responsibility that those strategies become fully developed and are incorporated in the proposal/presentation.
Prepares commercial proposals and enquiries under supervision and responsibility of sales manager.
Supports or represents the line sales personnel during the price package reviews.
Provides KPI reporting input for management including funnel and forecast information.
Responsible for contract hand-over to project management.
Internal & External Customers/Suppliers as well as Third Parties:
Acts as a liaison between lines sales managers, sales VP’s and proposal teams maintaining continuity of communication concerning project strategy and business development efforts between the line sales personnel and the rest of the organization
In conjunction with line sales, communicates to management significant activities in regards to new work prospects, ongoing projects, current proposals, and client visits.
Supports/Assist lines sales manager by providing answers on Questions from clients. First contact in dealing with internal complaints, and responsible for directing the complaint through the organization.
Encourages sales managers to deliver commercial data.
Supports the sales manager with account management.
Supports the sales manager and business development manager with relevant market, competitive and customer information to assist in developing the business development plan for the target market.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
A technical degree and a preferably a degree in business or equivalent business acumen 〔Bachelor or Master of Science level)
Professional Knowledge:
Fresh graduate or a few years of industry, project or field experience.
Other skills:
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge and experience with required computer programs.
Competencies:
Communication, Use of Synergy, Continuous Improvement, Ambassadorship, Goal Orientation, Business Relationships.
