Job Title: Drafting Lead
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Houston office, Breda office and clients, and convey valuable design information to the drafting team, distribute job to drafters reasonably.
Lead drafting group to provide drafting support to Design Engineers.
Help the drafters to build high sense of teamwork and supervise the drafting team to work closely to achieve project objectives.
Can handle several projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
College degree or above in ocean engineering, ship structural, steel structural or relevant fields.
5-10 years of working experience in the offshore structural design/drafting field, with minimum 3 years in a drafting team leader role.
Proficient with AutoCAD drawing software (English version) and related office software.
International engineering company working experience is preferred.
Good presentation, communication skills and leadership ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Job Title:Senior Drafter
Responsibilities:
Accurately and effectively complete drafting sections, details, plans, elevations based on sketches by engineers.
Check the drawings prepared by others to ensure product quality.
Communicate with project engineers to complete drafting requirements.
Assists in training entry level drafters.
Requirements:
Good understanding of steel structure design.
Minimum 5 years offshore structural design/drafting experiences.
Proficient with Auto CAD 3D and 2D.
Proficiency with Microstation 3D and 2D preferable but not required.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Job Title:Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
Structure design, analysis, calculation, sketch and report for offshore engineering projects.
Requirements:
Masters or higher degree in naval architecture, offshore engineering, or civil structure discipline preferred.
Preferred school of graduation from: Shanghai Jiaotong University, Dalian Polytech University, Tianjin University, JiangSu Poly Tech, HuaNan Poly Tech.
For senior structural engineers, 4 to 5 years of offshore structural design/analysis work experiences are required.
Minimum 2 years of work experience for entry level.
Experience of FEA analysis with ANSYS, Jacket design with SACS and hand calculation for simple structure and able to read drawing or sketch.
Able to communicate in English.
Job Title:Marine Engineer
Responsibilities:
Marine analysis for floating structure and platform installation.
Mooring lines system design.
Requirements:
Master or PHD degree in naval architecture or offshore engineering preferred.
Preferred school of graduation from: Shanghai Jiaotong University, Dalian Polytech University, TianJin University, JiangSu PolyTech, HuaNan PolyTech.
For senior marine engineers, 4 to 5 years of offshore marine design/analysis experiences are required.
Work experiences are not required for entry level, but preferable.
Proficient with MOSES, FLEXCOM, WAMIT and able to read drawing or sketch.
Able to communicate in English.
Job Title: Marketing Supervisor
Purpose/Mission: Gathers and report relevant market data from external and internal sources, translates data in relevant information, initiates, acquires, operates desk research, tracks and analyzes relevant market data, competitive information and customer data. Executes Market Analysis on regular and ad hoc basis. Also supports marketing communication activities.

Support sales with information on leads or prospects.
Supports the Marketing Information Manager to acquire and analyze relevant market data from external and internal sources.
Translates data in relevant information, operates desk research, tracks and analyzes relevant market data, competitive information and customer data.

Maintains the marketing information system, keeps up to date, exclude doubles. Also initiates improvements.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Purpose/Mission: Coordinates sales related activities internally. Makes sure the designated segment is properly organized internally. Provides support to sales managers with commercial, administrative and operational activities. The sales coordinator is first point of contact for the sales department internally, sales and area managers.
Key Accountabilities:

Maintains an awareness of marketing decisions, status of client proposal evaluations and acceptance, and contract negotiations.
Coordinates, prepares and ensures sales presentations, prospect / project documentation 〔e.g. Strategy to win, Client satisfaction, close-out documentation) are up to date.
Ensures sales prospect database is up to date and accurate.
Expedites and coordinates bid decisions and management approval of commercial and contractual terms, Ensures adequate archiving and document control within the department in order to comply with the ISO standards and requirements.
Supports project manager in the technical proposal development process including budget, risk, schedule, storyboarding, revising and improving the document, coordinating of meetings 〔bid/no-bid, management reviews, strategy development etc.).
Collaborates in the development of outlines and content strategies for proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Supports the layout of all documents in conjunction with Project Manager.
