5. Observation field workmanship practices are correctly and consistently applied throughout piping/mechanical work fabrication.
6. Observation on qualified and approved welding procedures and personnel are correctly assigned to the work.
7. Observation on piping materials and welding consumables are in compliance with the project requirements.
8. Dimensional pre-checks per fabrication requirement.
9. Report field observation to line supervisor.
