海上油田还是中国的悲哀！深海采油率相当低！中国石油公司的老板们采油不专业，但贪污腐败是相当专业！

我这儿有张2009最新的近海油田图
前面有人提到的春晓项目（即与小日本有争议的）属于一楼的平湖气田的一个平台，这张图中的八角亭项目也属于平湖气田的一个项目
其实中国近海可开发潜力还是挺大的，图中绿色区域都是盆地，油气构造几率较高，但国家每年只是开放很小一部分去允许勘探开发的，细水长流嘛，呵呵
