没办法，规范有要求。另：你的吸口管有底阀吗？如果没有请问你灌油进去有什么用呢？手摇泵是容积式泵，有一定自吸力，能自己排掉吸口管内的空气，只要在有效吸头内是不需要灌油的。截至止回阀类由于结构原因流阻也大，减低你的有效吸入压头，应该不会对你有帮助吧。
