All piping into cargo tank - mild steel schedule 40 origin and will be of a ring system linked to the two pumps via a common manifold with a cross over inside the pumproom. All valves inside the cargo tanks - manual opening /closing type operatable from the main deck via an extended mild steel spindle. The main ring system of a main line of 12” nominal bore with two (2) branch off lines into each tank. The 1st and 2nd branch - 6” and 4” nominal bore respectively. Discharge and loading will be from deck manifold on the main deck via both port/starboard side. The cargo tanks only will be provided with a conventional sounding pipe for manual dip stick sounding. All internal tank are not coated, however the external painting on the hull and main deck will be provided as per Class standard. 2 x 125 micron coating requirement |
