一般来说，不是，应该是准确来说，单机船的舵杆材料是如何确定的？？？如几号材料钢材，是铸造，锻造还是其它资料信息？？
至少能够举个形象的实例。。。

201 Rudder stocks, pintles, coupling bolts, keys and cast
parts of rudders shall be made of rolled, forged or cast carbon
manganese steel in accordance with Pt.2.
For rudder stocks, pintles, keys and bolts the minimum yield
stress shall not be less than 200 N/mm2.
