1. PMP certificate, Auto CAD, Microsoft software(Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), P6, etc
2. Strong teamwork, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and conscientiously
3. More than 5 years working experience in shipyard or FPSO experience for planning
