分段pspc区域涂装问题

船东脚手架以上区域报检时提出：Blocks AP1 S/F inspection:
Observed with improper stripe coating on the free edges, holes, and seams etc. where below scaffolding areas, although these areas not yet performed final coating inspection.
Considering the re-coated interval, the stripe coating should be applied as early as possible to avoid exceeding the max. interval otherwise would result in poor adhesion happened.
Please improve and modify the painting application procedure for all the other blocks, and the above mentioned areas should be surface treated before brush stripe coating.
分段脚手架涂装报检阶段，发现脚手及以下部位全部未做适当预涂，存在超间隔期的可能性，（包括所有脚手架分段）需改进现场工艺尽早做预涂工作以防超期影响涂层结合力。右图所示为AP1分段，要求在做2道预涂前需再次进行合适的表面处理。
