10. E/R work shop floor and bottom floor total 4pcs vent pipe no fire damper need to be fitted. M CHECK

13. The transformer of no.1 & no.2 ballast pump vibrated need to be fastened. E A
14. Upper deck L.O filling pipe v/v’s mark and welding mark is different need to be changed. H CHECK

16. C/R main switchboard back side door’s lock nut 1pc missing need to be fitted. some of nut can not close need to be repaired. E A
17. Stern tube L.O and M/E L.O and A/E L.O need check and analysis. M CHECK
18. M/E some of F.O pipe anti-splashing tap is missing need to be wrapped. M A
19. M/E No.1 exhaust v/v L.O return pipe 1pc joint is leakage need to be stopped. M A
20. C/R air conditioner back wall have 2pcs holes need to be clogged. M A
21. The air pipe of quick close v/v station at upper plate need secure.. M A
22. The air pipe of NO.3 FO TK(S)quick close v/v at upper plate need secure. M A
