ABS船检：给船厂做“LNG双燃料动力船建造与改装（C型罐）”项目评估

我们船厂有准备入级ABSD的LNG项目在洽谈中，想向ABS申请建造LNG船的相关认可。想问一下群里的在ABS的船检朋友，ABS给船厂做“LNG双燃料动力船建造与改装（C型罐）”项目评估的时候，需要船厂具体满足那些规定或者要求，才能给通过认可？急需答复，还望不吝赐教。

这个使他们的评估要求，供前期了解用，应该不需要收费。

焊工的资质是最主要的，再一个是WPS

人家问的是设计要求吧，比如LNG舱的布置，加注站布置，管系布置，罐体的温度场分析之类的

同意。还有就是相关不锈钢焊接的设备、场地要有。

要做LNG船，ABS并不需要特别的认证。只要有合格的焊材/焊工/焊接工艺及设备安装施工人员就可以了.但是未必有这么简单，根据IACS 规定是这样的：
Shipyard certification for the construction of gas carriers

The classification society, which will conduct technical supervision of the construction of the LNG carrier at the shipyard, will verify, on site, the availability of technical, technological and human resources at the shipyard for the construction of an approved LNG carrier project. The inspection will be carried out by the surveyors of the company in accordance with the IACS UR Z23 Instruction with the issuance of a certificate of conformity of the shipyard. The classification society will sign an agreement with the shipyard for the technical supervision of the construction of the ship only after it makes sure that the shipyard has all the regulated capabilities to build this type of ship. The preparation of the shipyard for the construction of the vessel must be carried out taking into account the requirements of the Instruction IACS UR Z23 and procedure No. STP-18 "Preparation of production and repair of the vessel"
