船舶升高地板MED证书要求

技术规格书中要求，但细分章节中未明确说明升高地板要MED证书：

1.    MED - Regulation (EU)2017/306 indicating design, construction and performance requirements andtesting standards for marine equipment. The Regulation entered into force on 16March 2017

是不是说明船舶生活区的升高地板必须按照以上法规具备MED证书？
