paragraph 4 里面有很多是应急照明。 solas chapter II-1-43

在solas regulation II -2 -43 里面，其实应急照明不是在逃生通道上面，就是在集合点，还有就是砸机器处所内。其实在船员舱室里面根本就没有提到。在 42-1里面提到的的乘客的cabin里面。关于船员住舱里面提到应急电源的是MLC里面，那个也是推荐部分，不是强制的。所以，不会影响船员休息的。
