Business Development Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1) 1. Develop an annual revenue plan
2) 2. Provide sales forecast data as well as other market and customer information for use in sales planning.
3) 3。Stay within expense budgets, and observe Company sales policies
4) 4. Engage potential customers, winning near-term sales and building long term relationships.
5) 5. Provide support to operations as necessary to ensure customers are receiving appropriate service.
6)
Assist in collections as necessary
7) 6. Communicate regularly, defined as at least three times weekly on a normal basis, with sales stuff regarding opportunities, challenges and any other business matters.
8) 7. Participate in special projects and teams as necessary to support the overall development of the business.
9) 8. Meet or exceed delegated revenue plans.
Requirement
1)
Must work for top 5 certification bodies in China with a minimum of 5 years experience, such as SGS, LRQA, DNV, TUV, Moody, etc.
2)
High energy professional with commitment to succeed in sales and business development
3)
Facile with computers, both in preparing presentations and communications, and working within ABS QE’s operating platforms.
4)
Business experience in manufacturing and/or a technical service industry.
5)
Familiarity with management systems is helpful. Otherwise, the ability to learn new areas quickly will be critical.
6)
Sensitive to multi-cultural environments.
7)
Excellent communicator both with customers and the sales team.
8)
Focus on the end result; strong desire to achieve objectives despite challenges.
