1. PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSOR    1SET
Scope of supply includes the following:
a. Brand new, electrically driven, portable marine air compressor capable of independently filling the requisite volume of breathing air at 300 bar pressure in less than one hour for new vessel.
b. Air filtering system consistent with purification of air as required for Naval applications
The technical specifications of each air compressors are as follows:
Operating Medium: Air
Delivery pressure: 300-400 bar
Capacity to fill-up: 40 L@ 300 bar

2. AIR COMPRESSOR                2SETS
Scope of supply includes the following:
a. Brand new, electrically driven, sea water cooled marine air compressors along with anti-shock & vibration mountings, 02 control air dryers and related accessories for new vessel.
b. The equipment should be type approved/certified as required by Bureau Veritas (BV) Rules
The technical specifications of air compressors are as follows:
Operating Medium: Air
Delivery pressure: 150bar -200bar
Capacity to fill-up: 200L@ 150 bar
Max. Fill-up time:          Less than 01hour by both compressors combined
FAD:       20m3/h for each compressor
Cooling:       Sea water
Power supply:    380 V / 3Phase /50 Hz
Certification:    Bureau Veritas

3. BREATHING AIR APPARATUS (EEBD)
Scope of supply for Breathing Air Apparatus includes the following:
a. Full face mask with silicone strape;
b. Air hose with quick connector;
c. Supply valve with gas switch;
d. Pressure gauge with alarming whistle;
e. Back support kits(with shoulder belt and waist belt)
f. Pressure reducer
g. Gas cylinder and cylinder valve.
h. Plastic packing case

The equipment will comprise of following:
Portable Air Cylinders 03 x 05L & 06 x 06L capacity @ 300 bar
Breathing equipment 09 set including all required accessories for above mentioned air cylinders
