Position Available - OMT Shanghai - Administrator

Odense Maritime Technology (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd is continuously expanding our business activities and we need new andexperienced colleagues to join our team.
We arecurrently hiring experienced Administrator with excellent communication skillsto join our Shanghai office.

Responsibility:

• Organize and coordinate company events and Employee care activities     such as annual dinner, team building and outing, etc.
  
• Responsible for cash management, handle staffs reimbursement     payment.
  
• Travel service, including arrange flight tickets, booking hotels     and purchasing travel insurance.
  
• Arrange invitation letter for foreign visitors.
  
• Responsible for daily     office routine work, such receiving visitors, distributing & mailing     letters.
  
• Responsible for company miscellaneous purchase, be responsible     for facilities and equipment maintenance.
  
• Support with foreign staffs with visa application, Alien Employment     Permit and Residence Permit application and renewal.
  
• Organize and manage business cards, archive vendor documentation     and print project drawings.
  
• Assist with project related documents     handling.
  
• Fulfil other duties and support work to General Manager as     assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Good command of both     Speaking and Writing English.
  
• Outgoing, open-minded, truthful, responsible and service oriented with strong     communication and coordination skills.
  
• Minimum     1 year’s experience for office administration, experience in an     international company is required.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel,     Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
