求教计量柜的作用

请教各位前辈，泥浆处理室中计量柜的作用是什么啊，钻台上还有个精计量罐是做啥的啊？

就是说钻杆提出来后，井底压力会变小，这时需要根据排出泥浆的体积往井里灌泥浆从而维持施加在井壁上的压力是吧

stripping tank is a small trip tank. Sometimes it is a compartment of trip tank, sometimes, it is separated to the trip tank, according to the users’ needs.

Its purpose is to count the displaced fluid from the well when stripping in the hole – It is the size of 5 or 10 bbl, max due to the fact that it has to be able to count volume very accurately- (trip tank is usually 40 bbl)

BOP Annular closed, driller lowers 1 or 2 stands of pipe into the hole through the closed annular, the pipe attempts to displace the equal volume of fluid , due to annular closed it cannot so well bore pressure increases. After a pre-calculated amount of pipe and pressure increase it is required to bleed off through the choke line an exact amount of fluid. So you line up the choke manifold to the strip tank where you can count bleed off very accurately.
