关于SOLAS的通风管疑问

最近和同事在讨论SOLAS的通风要求时，遇到一个问题：
第II-2章第9条/7.2.1中，注明：无论哪种情况，在厨房通风导管靠近通风装置处应装设自动挡火闸；
而后面对厨房的风管穿起居处所、服务处所和控制站时，又有允许两点特例。其中第2点没有要求装设防火风闸。。这个该如何理解？
一是要求必须装设防火风闸，另一种情况又给出不必装设防火风闸的允许条件。。
同时，对于：无论哪种情况，在厨房通风导管靠近通风装置处应装设自动挡火闸，这句话里的通风装置该如何理解？风机，空调，通风栅都算通风装置吗？
请高手指点。。

附件中，第2个红色框区域是允许不装设防火风闸的设置情况。。

首先第二个划红线的不是不允许加防火风闸，而是如果供给A类处所，厨房跟危险区的通风如果没做到单独通风的情况下但是满足2.1和2.2那么防火风闸就不必安装了，如果装上了更好
再一个就是第一个红线框这个地方讲的是两个位置：一个是供给厨房的AHU这个防火风闸是必须要安装的，再一个就是galley exhaust duct 要是需要安装防火风闸的

知道是没有不允许。。
是认为前后有点矛盾。。
如果我按照第2点的做法来做（低要求的做法），又不能满足前面的总体要求。。
只是觉得总体要求，应该与后面保持一致。。

个人理解第二点其实是对机器处所的通风导管能否通过起居、服务等处所的一个要求，例如厨房的通风导管穿过船员舱室必须钢管、A60隔热，到通风装置附近加自动挡火闸。

两回事吧，前面说的是所有情况都必须装防火闸，后面说的是ducts穿越某些处所的允许条件。不矛盾
7.2.1 The ventilation systems for machinery spaces of category A, vehicle spaces, ro-ro spaces, galleys,special category spaces and cargo spaces shall, in general, be separated from each other and from theventilation systems serving other spaces. Except that the galley ventilation systems on cargo ships of less than 4,000 gross tonnage and in passenger ships carrying not more than 36 passengers, need not be completely separated, but may be served by separate ducts from a ventilation unit serving other spaces.In any case, an automatic fire damper shall be fitted in the galley ventilation duct near the ventilation unit.Ducts provided for the ventilation of machinery spaces of category A, galleys, vehicle spaces, ro-ro spaces or special category spaces shall not pass through accommodation spaces, service spaces or control stations unless they comply with the conditions specified in paragraphs 7.2.1.1.1 to 7.2.1.1.4 or 7.2.1.2.1 and 7.2.1.2.2 below:

or
.2.1 the ducts are constructed of steel in accordance with paragraphs 7.2.1.1.1 and 7.2.1.1.2;
and
.2.2 the ducts are insulated to "A-60" class standard throughout the accommodation spaces,
service spaces or control stations;
except that penetrations of main zone divisions shall also comply with the requirements of paragraph
4.1.1.8.
