请教：DP2 venssle ，FMEA 中所要求的Singel failure  在IMO的哪个通函有定义？或者说，哪里可以知道到DP2 船要求的Singel failure 的相关定义, 谢谢！

IMO里的太简单了，每个船级社不同入籍符号对DP的单一故障都有不同的解释和要求，还是得看你如那个船级社的项目了

For equipment class 2, a loss of position or heading is not to occur in the event of a single fault in any active component or system. Normally static components will not be considered to fail where adequate protection from damage is demonstrated, and reliability is to the satisfaction of the Administration. Single failure criteria include:
.1 Any active component or system (generators, thrusters, switchboards, communication networks, remote controlled valves, etc.).
.2 Any normally static component (cables, pipes, manual valves, etc.) which is not properly documented with respect to protection and reliability.
