现需采购氢气探测器，要求如下：
HYDROGEN (H2) DETECTOR
Application     :        For the detection of 0 -100% LELhydrogen gas.
Type:        Catalytic point type Hydrogen (H2)Gas Detectors. Each Gas Detector shall have separate sensor with junction boxand transmitter (with integral indicator) units.
Detection Principle:        Oxidization of Pellistors.Pellistors shall be of the poison resistant type. Poison resistantcharacteristics shall be clearly substantiated in bid.
Response        :        T50 <10 seconds; T90 <30seconds with 100% LEL
Ingress Protection :        IP 66
Material :        The material of construction andhousing should be 316SS. The transmitter is furnished with an explosion-proof316SS junction box mounted as assembly; the cover of the junction box can beremoved.
Analog SignalOutput     :        0 - 20mA (measurement range) outputwith HART communication protocol, three wire circuit. In addition to 4 - 20 mAoutput representing H2 concentration (% LEL), the current output shall becapable of providing certain status information such as overrange, fault, etc.
Detection Range    :        0 - 100% LEL
Accuracy:        ±3% Baseline , ±5% at 50%Full scale deflection.
SupplyVoltage       :        24 VDC nominal
CableEntry      :       3/4” NPTF (2 nos.). One entry shall be plugged.  Integral JunctionBox shall be provided.
Certification   :        Explosion-proof (Ex d) forinstallation in Class 1, Zone 1, Group IIC, T6 hazardous area.
Accessories    :        1. Detectors shall be supplied with316 SS mounting brackets and accessories;
                 2. Detectors shall be supplied complete with all necessary installation andcalibration equipment;
                 3. Detectors shall be supplied complete with 316SS collecting cones;
                 4. All ports shall be properly sealed prior to shipment.
