关于流水孔等，油船的CSR上有规定：
1. Air, drain holes, scallops and block fabrication butts are to be kept at least 200mm clear of the toes of end brackets, end connections and other areas of high stress concentration measured along the length of the stiffener toward the mid-span and 50mm measured along the length in the opposite direction.
2. Closely spaced scallops or drain holes, i.e. where the distance between scallops or drain holes is less than twice the width b (width of holes), are not permitted in longitudinal strength members or within 20% of the stiffener span measured from the end of the stiffener.
关于流水孔面积，主要与压载管吸口位置和大小有关。 |

不知道，不过我发现，有的流水孔紧贴甲板，而有的高个20MM左右吧，为什么呢?
