1. Brief Introduction of BLB简介
Jiangsu BLB Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (BLB) is a key enterprise in Zhenjiang. With the support of local government, BLB was found in August 2006. First phase investment is approximately 250 million RMB. It is capable of building vessels such as 10000t to 35000t Bulk carriers, container ships, product tankers, chemical ships, multiuse transportation ships, ocean engineering vessels and high value-added ships, etc.
江苏柏伦宝船业有限公司为镇江地区新建重点民营企业，在镇江地方政府的大力扶持下，成立于2006年8月，首期工程投资约2.5亿元人民币，为10000吨－35000吨级散货船、集装箱船、成品油船、化学品船、多用交通用途船、海洋工程船及高附加值船等各类船舶的船业制造公司。
Located next to Yangzhong No. 2 Bridge, BLB is 180 km away from Yangtze River estuary, east to main channel of Yangtze River, west connected to Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. BLB covers land area of 150 thousand sqm. BLB’s shoreline of Yangtze River (approx. 800m) is in deep-water coastline and not occupying main channel. It is not affected by floods, low water and fluctuations all the year round. Also, building ships in fresh water can avoid corrosion caused by sea water evaporation. Such environment is especially suited for ship building.
江苏柏伦宝船业有限公司位于西来桥镇扬中二桥旁，距长江入海口180公里，东邻长江主航道，西连沪宁高速，占地面积约150000平方米。公司的长江水域岸线长度约800米，地域岸线全处于深水港，且不占主航道，常年不受洪水、枯水、涨落的影响，在淡水中造船，不受海水蒸发的空气腐蚀，在绿化环境中运作，具有得天独厚适合全天候造船的优势。
Currently, there are over 230 staff (out-source employees excluded) in BLB, including more than 60 technical staff (over 20 senior engineers, engineers, senior economists, economists and accountants). A large number of experienced management and technical experts have also been invited to build bright future of BLB. In the mean time, BLB focuses on back up talents and employs many passionate graduates for various positions.
公司现有员工230余人（不包括劳务人员），其中专业技术人员60余人，含高级工程师、工程师、高级经济师、经济师、会计师等职称20多人。公司先后从沿江发达地区大型造船精英企业引进了一批具有多年丰富经验的管理、技术人员和高级技工人才，共创柏伦宝大业。另一方面，公司注重后备力量的培养，先后从各大院校录用了一批富有朝气的大学毕业生，在公司各个岗位上施展才能，发挥了巨大作用。
In accordance with the modern, design-intensive planning, BLB has completed construction of slipway, section site and cutting workshop, equipped with three 100t cranes, eighteen 10t cranes, two modernized office buildings, one complex building for production, one organic processing workshop, one piping workshop, 3000sqm blasting workshop with capability of air compressing more than 200m3 (pipes of oxygen, propane, air, water, etc are equipped) and dorm space which can accommodate 1,500 people.
公司按照现代化、集约型设计理念进行规划。先后完成公司船台、分段场地及下料车间的建设，并配备100吨行车3台，10吨行车18台；现代化办公楼2座，生产综合办公楼一座，有机加工、管加工车间各一座，3000㎡的喷砂房，配备功率大于200m³的空压机（同时配备氧气管路，丙烷管路，空气管路，水管路等），公司宿舍区能容纳1500人住宿。
Located 500m away from Yangzhong No. 2 Bridge, BLB outfitting jetty is of high pile beam structure with length of 268m, width of 20m. Bridge approach is with length of 42m, width of 15m, and depth of 15 to 18m. With total 60 million RMB of investment, outfitting jetty has been fully facilitated and completed in March 2009 (including one 60t crane).
我公司舾装码头位于扬中市西来桥镇扬中二桥下游500M左右，码头形式为高桩梁板结构，码头全长268M，码头宽度为20M，引桥一座长为42M，宽15M，深15-18m。码头设施齐全，总投资约6000万元人民币，舾装码头已经于 2009年3月完工开放（包括一架60吨的老鹰吊）。
In addition to main purpose of outfitting, the jetty can also be served for commercial use of various vessels and contribute to local economy by providing professional service. It can meet loading and unloading requirement of containers, bulk cargo and relevant oil products for various vessels. Every quarter, the jetty is capable of accommodating five 10000DWT Container ships, five 10000DWT bulk cargo ships and five 10000DWT oil ships with annual throughput at 460000t.
我公司码头在完成本公司舾装主要任务外，可提供各种出口船舶外贸交接使用，为地方社会事业发展提供优质服务，为地方经济建设贡献力量。若集装箱船、散货船、油船等各类船舶停靠我公司码头，可满足集装箱、大宗散货及相关成品油的装卸任务。我公司码头具备每季度5条1000箱集装箱船、5条10000吨散货船、5条10000吨成品油船停靠，进行开放装卸的能力，年吞吐量约为460000吨。
