这是我谈的充放电板技术要求的一部分。
a)电源:AC 440 V, 60 Hz, 3 φ
Power source
b)防护等级 ■IP23 板前接线,板前维护 □IP44 □IP56
Protection class ■IP23 panel fore connection line,panel fore maintain.
c)面漆颜色 : Munsell No. 7.5 BG 7/2
Finish color
d)最大放电输出电流: 100A

e)充电器最大输出电压: 28V (电压调整范围22V-30V) , 负载端电压:24V ±15% .

船厂所配蓄电池容量为:24V、200Ah 。
f)充放电板将安装以下工具及设备:
The switchboard shall be fitted with the following instruments and devices:
1只充电器(带电压调整22V-30V)
1- Charger ( Voltage adjuster.)
1只充电模式转换开关
1- Slecting switch of charging mode.
1只直流电压表带1只选择开关,允许对蓄电池端电压,充电器输出端电压,
负载端电压进行测量。
1-DC voltammeter with a selector switch. Allow to meterage the storage battery end-point voltage ,the charger exportation end-point voltage and load end-point voltage.
1只直流电流表带1只选择开关,允许对蓄电池端电流,充电器输出端电流,
负载端电流进行测量。
1-DCammeter with a selector switch. Allow to meterage the storage battery end-point electric current and charger exportation end-point electric current , load end-point current.
1只电源指示灯
1- Source pilot lamp
1只绝缘监测仪带手动测试按钮及报警指示灯
1-Earth monitor with man. Test pushbutton and alarm lamp .

g)充放电板将由应急配电板提供AC440V电源。
The panel shall be supplied form the AC 440V emergency switchboard.
h) 蓄电池正常充电方式为浮充充电。
Battery charging shall be float-charging type
蓄电池连接形式:二套DC24V200Ah蓄电池转换充放电
二套 DC24V200Ah蓄电池并联浮充电
j)箱体为落地式安装,外形带基座尺寸为1600mm x 800mm x 400mm , 带散热网板。
k)带安装底座,底座为槽钢形式,尺寸为100mm x 800mm x 380mm
l)输出必要的报警信号(常闭无源触点),满足规格书及DNV规范要求。
m)需提供报警灯,蜂鸣器试验及消音按钮。
Supply alarm light & buzzer test pushbutton and muffle pushbutton.
充放电板输出充电报警信号 。
