Need ONE (1) person Superintendent for Piping & Machineries; & ONE (1) person for Electrical & Instruments. (Direct employ by owner company)
需要一位管子兼轮机的船东监造代表； 和一位电气兼仪器的船东监造代表。(直接聘请于船东公司）
Basic Requirement/s基本要求>> >
1). Able to reads, write & communicate in English. All emails, reports & documentation record/ filing are in English. (the Managing Director from Euro)能以英语来读阅，畅写和沟通。所有电邮, 报告和文件记录/档案都必须用英文。（总经理是欧洲人）
2).At least 8years working experience in shipbuilding construction field in OSV, minimum 3years worked as owner's Inspector/Superintendent.
Other Requirement. 至少有8年船舶建造经验(海上辅助船), 至少3年船东监造人员。
Other requirement/s, 其它要求>>>
1). Candidates below 40yrs is advantages point, includes female/male. 40岁以下的男女的监造人员为优势。
2).Willing join the seatrial.愿意参与试航。
3) Able to handing the commisioning works, officiial inspection & Installation. 能胜任于调试任务，正式报验和安装。
4). Well understand the drawing designed & well know the BV's speficiation, able to do /suggest some good modification. 能理解设计图纸和熟悉BV船级社规范，能够建议某些好的修改。
5). Well understands the functions and operation of machineries & equipments; able to simulate machinries/equipments to crew member before delivery. 能理解轮机，机械和设备的功能和操作; 在交船前，能已模拟的方式来向船员讲解轮机，机械和设备。
6). Experienced to do delivery preparation. 具有准备交船经验。
7).70-80% real practical works at worshop/onboard & 30%-20% for paper works. 70-80%是车间/上船实践和30-20%是文件处理。
8). Know how to/willing to do filing record/documentation. 知道如何/愿意做文档/文件记录。
9). Hard working, positive attitude, independent, discipline, work aggressive, good negotiate skills with shipyard's management, not haggle over on work loads & etc.勤劳，正面态度，独立，有纪律，积极工作，具有良好和船厂管理层的谈判技巧，不会牢骚过于太多的工作量。

1). No limit for salary request, depending on candidate capability. 没限制薪金要求，全看监造人员的才能。
2).Other basic & advanced issue/s with further discussion after finalize the candidate/s . 其它的基本和提前要求将会在选定后才详谈。
Project contract 10-12mths; and will consider to continue employment contract for next 4units newbuild OSV (2014-2016) IF canidate/s able performance well. The present Project based at GuangDong, Nansha district.
目前项目周期大概10-12月；如果监造者表现出色，将考虑继续延续聘请来参与监造4艘海上辅助船（2014-2016）。目前的项目在广东省，南沙区。
