人员落水险情是指船舶发生事故、船员发生意外或其他原因造**员落水的险情。
    一、 险情特点
    （一）落水人员的体力消耗很快，尤其是低温水域更是如此。因此在发现有人员落水时应注意及早进行施救。不穿保护服的落水者在不同水温中的可生存时间见下表：
