关于货船相关设备需要低播焰证书事宜

1， SOLAS中是否明确指出货船的木质家具表面的防火板需提供低播焰证书？或者其他决议中提及？
PS: 个人看了下SOLAS Ch-II-2, Reg. 3,

40. Rooms containing furniture and furnishings of restricted fire risk, for the purpose of [url=mkMSITStore:E:\Work--Vessel%20Design&Building\Rules%20and%20Regulations\Rulefinder\9.15\Rulefinder_STAT.chm::/l31.1.3.2.2.10.7.4.4.html]regulation 9[/url], are those rooms containing furniture and furnishings of restricted fire risk (whether cabins, public spaces, offices or other types of accommodation) in which:

.1. case furniture such as desks, wardrobes, dressing tables, bureaux, or dressers are constructed entirely of approved non-combustible materials, except that a combustible veneer not exceeding 2 mm may be used on the working surface of such articles;

.2. free-standing furniture such as chairs, sofas, or tables, are constructed with frames of non-combustible materials;

.3. draperies, curtains and other suspended textile materials have qualities of resistance to the propagation of flame not inferior to those of wool having a mass of 0.8 kg/m2 , this being determined in accordance with the Fire Test Procedures Code;

.4. floor coverings have low flame-spread characteristics;

.5. exposed surfaces of bulkheads, linings and ceilings have low flame-spread characteristics;

.6. upholstered furniture has qualities of resistance to the ignition and propagation of flame, this being determined in accordance with the Fire Test Procedures Code; and

.7. bedding components have qualities of resistance to the ignition and propagation of flame, this being determined in accordance with the Fire Test Procedures Code.

其中关于40. Rooms containing furniture  and furnishings of restricted fire risk, 是怎么理解的呢？ 有点不懂？？？
另外，还看了一下Reg 6,9并没有明确提出要求货船上，舱室内的木质家具表面的防火板需要低播焰证书啊？
请大神指点迷津！！！

2，如果悬挂欧盟旗的话，是否需要MED(B+D/E/F)呢？
PS: MED 10.11 2012 第16页中 所提及的 decorative veneers 是否是指木制家具表面的防火板呢？？？

3，沙发，窗帘，椅子的表面纺织品，沙发，椅子套 是否需要提供低播焰证书？
具体的规范要求出处呢？？？
4， PVC地板是否需要提供低播焰证书？还是只有梯道等逃生处所需提供低播焰证书呢？
以上问题，烦请大神解答！

仅PVC地板需要提供低播焰证书，不管铺在哪。

1.这是对xxxx的定义，只适用于客船。
2.自己去查MarED要求。一般如果solas没提的话，MarED也不会提。
3.对货船无要求，见3.2.1.2。
4.仅部分处所需要，见3.2.4.2。
PS：规范要通篇看，尝试着理解制定规范的初衷（英文版的，别看中文版的）。
     比方说舱室防火，单个处所内部着火，你不能殃及其它处所；你烧了，得给我时间逃命，我管你里面得家具或是窗帘烧成什么样--有壁板天花板和甲板敷料给扛着呢！我逃出来，是走道或者梯道，这个得保证我安全，地板别特么放毒烟把老子放倒。我奔室外或集合点去鸟！

觉得你这个回答还是很贴切的，今天又和同事讨论了一下，最终的结果是这样的：
货船上的木质家具，窗帘,PVC地板是不需要证书的！

因为SOLAS里针对的是客船，所以说MED规则中的不适用与货船！

就好比货船上儿童救生衣的要求一样，同样是不需要的！

但是一般来讲，我们都要求木质家具表面的三聚氰胺板都有低播焰证书的！
PS: 一般船级社都要求逃生区域，比如梯道处得地板等提供低播焰证书的呢！
咱们是得从规范制定的初衷去看待这些问题，但是也需要理解规范！
毕竟还是得省钱的嘛~~~~
