應該是溢油回收船或者類似的船舶，我們單位現在正好和長江海事局的合作，我正在負責這個項目的方案，我也是在我的方案參考文件中無意間發現這樣的船型的，不過不是同一艘船，但是特點完全一樣，呵呵，回答完畢！望高人指正啊～

德国BOTTSAND级吸油船

The Bottsand class oil recovery ships (Type 738) of the German Navy are intended for seawater pollution control. Therefore, the ships feature a bow which can be opened by 65 degrees. This creates an area of more than 40 m² to collect oil-polluted seawater. The water is pumped into the ship, where it will be cleaned and separated from the oil. One ship can clean up to 140 m³, polluted with a 2 mm oil slick, per hour.
