Vent/Flare System

The flare is a part of the LNG facility and is used to dispose of gases in the case of an emergency.  There will be two flare systems, each with separate headers, knock-out drums, risers, and flare tips.  One system will be for warm/wet fluids, the other for dry/cold fluids. The flare system will be used in an emergency situation to protect the plant components from overpressure due to operational upsets or emergency  situations.  A few small streams, like the amine flash drum and slop drum, will require continuous flaring.

  放空/火炬系统

火炬系统是LNG设施的一部分，用来处理紧急状况下产生的气体。配有两套火炬系统，每一套都具备独立的分离联箱separate header，分液罐knock-out drum，隔水管riser和火炬头flare tip。一套系统用于热/湿液体，另外一套则用于干/冷液体。火炬系统用来在紧急状况下保护处理站组件免于运行故障operational upsets或紧急状况引起的过压。少量的小液流，入胺闪蒸罐amine flash drum和污水油舱slop drum需要持续燃烧。
