Heat Medium System

The heat for the process units is provided by recovering waste heat from  the  refrigerant  compressor  gas turbine driver-flue gas. The heat is transmitted to the various users by the heat medium system.  Therminol 72 is the selected heat medium for this project. The heat medium is pumped using 27-P-0101A/B, the Heat Medium Pumps, to 23-WHR-0101, the Waste Heat Recovery Exchanger, located on the exhaust of the refrigerant compressor gas turbine. The hot oil is then sent to the various users, with a small bypass stream used to maintain constant flow in the system. The returned cool heat medium is sent to 27-V-0106, the Heat Medium Expansion Drum, which serves as the surge drum for the Heat Medium Pumps.   On the suction of he Heat Medium Pump is the Heat Medium Degassing Drum, 27-V-0107, which ensures any gas bubbles in the system are removed from the liquid stream before being sent to the pumps.

This closed loop system also includes a small filter, 27-U-0101, which filters 10% slipstream of the heat medium to keep the system clean. Make-up heat medium is provided by a make-up container and pump. Additionally, a Heat Medium Heat Sink, 27-E-0104, is used to maintain the temperature to the pump suction and prevent the system from overheating.

Duct firing and a blower  are provided  in the Waste Heat Recovery  Exchanger  to supply heat  during plant startup/commissioning.

热媒系统

处理装置process units所需的热量来源于回收自制冷剂压缩机气轮机驱动烟气Flue gas的废热。这种热量通过热媒系统传输至各种用户。此项目选用Therminol72为热媒。热媒由热媒泵heat medium pump抽送至废热恢复交换器23-WHR-0101waste heat recovery exchanger，

位于制冷剂压缩机气轮机排气口处。随后热油hot oil被送至各种用户，小量旁通气流bypass stream用作保持系统中气流持续流动。返回的冷热媒介cool heat medium被送至27-V-0106热媒膨胀罐Heat Medium Expansion Drum相当于为热媒泵heat medium pumps服务的缓冲罐surge drum。

在液流被送至热媒泵heat medium pumps之前，Heat Medium Degassing Drum27-V-0107热媒脱气罐进行吸收，确保去除掉系统中液流任何气泡。

此闭合环路系统同样也包含一个小型过滤器27-U-0101，用来过滤热媒中10%的slipstream滑流从而保持系统清洁。对于热媒补充Make-up heat medium由补充容器make-up container和泵提供。另外，27-E-0104热媒散热器Heat Medium Heat Sink用来保持通向泵吸收的温度并防止系统过热。

废热恢复交换器Waste Heat Recovery Exchanger里装有燃烧烟道Duct firing和鼓风机blower，在处理站启动和调试startup/commissioning的时候，用来提供热量。
