Liquefaction System

The liquefaction section of the plant uses Black & Veatch's proprietary PRICO® process to liquefy the treated feed gas to generate the LNG product. The feed gas flows into the Refrigerant Exchanger, 23-E-OI0l, which consists of brazed aluminum heat exchangers (cores) located inside a cold box. To produce 72 MMSCFD of LNG, three (3) cores are installed vertically inside the cold box in a single row. The high pressure LNG leaving the cold box is let down to storage pressure before being sent to the LNG cargo tanks.

液化系统

加工站的液化部分是采用Black&Veach专利PRICO工艺来液化处理后的原料气产生LNG成品。原料气流进制冷交换器Refrigerant Exchanger 23-E-0101,交换器里装有一个冷箱Cold box里面由铜焊铝交换器（芯状cores）。为了生产72MMSCFD的LNG，3个芯片以单行形式垂直安装在冷箱里。离开冷箱的高压LNG在送至LNG液舱之前，需降压至可存储压力。
