Dehydration
The water-saturated feed gas from the amine unit flows into 22-V-OI05, the Mol Sieve Inlet Scrubber, which removes any condensed water or amine solution that was condensed by 21-E-OI05. The gas then flows on to the Mol Sieve Filter/Separator, 22-V-OI01, where additional entrained liquid in the gas stream is removed
before reaching the mol sieve beds. The feed gas leaving the filter/separator passes through one of the dehydrator beds, 22-V-01 02A or B, which adsorbs water from the gas. The "online" bed continues adsorbing water from the feed gas until a timer indicates the cycle is complete and the water content in the gas is reduced to less than 0.1 ppmv. The dehydration beds are sized based on a set flow and water content of the feed gas. The cycle controller can be adjusted to vary the cycle time depending on the requirements for adsorption and regeneration.
While one bed is adsorbing water, the other bed is being regenerated. Regeneration gas, from LNG flash/boil-offgas is heated in the Regeneration Gas Heater, 22-E-0102, by using heat medium. It is then used to heat the second bed in an up-flow arrangement driving off the adsorbed water. The hot, wet regen gas is then cooled in the Regeneration Gas Cooler, 22-E-0101. Any water condensed during cooling is removed in the Regeneration Gas Separator, 22-V-OI03. The vapors leaving this vessel are sent to the HP fuel system. The hot, regenerated bed is then cooled to prepare it for the next adsorption cycle. Cooling gas is regeneration gas from flash/boil-off gas but it is bypassed around 22-E-0102, the Regen Gas Heater. If the boil-off gas is insufficient for the regeneration gas flow needs, makeup can be added from the treated gas leaving the adsorbing bed.
The CO2-free, dry feed gas leaving the dehydrator flows through the Dust Filter, 22-U-OIOIA/B to remove any mol sieve dust. A single Mercury Guard Bed, 22-V-0104, is used to remove any mercury in the feed gas to prevent damage to the downstream brazed aluminum plate fin heat exchanger. A downstream dust filter, 22-U-OI02A/B, for the mercury guard bed is also included.
脱水
来自胺装置水饱和原料气流进22-V-0105分子筛进口洗涤器Mol Sieve Inlet Scrubber,洗涤器去除由21-E-0105冷凝造成的任何冷凝水或胺溶液。随后原料气流入分子筛过滤器/分离器22-V-0101,原料气流在触及分子筛床之前,由过滤器去除额外夹带的小晶体。原料气离开过滤器/分离器流经脱水床dehydrator bed之一22-V-0102A或B,脱水床吸收原料气里的水分。上述工作中的脱水床继续吸收原料气里的水分直至计时器显示循环结束,原料气中的水分被减少低于01ppmv。脱水床的大小基于流量和原料气水分含量而定。根据吸收和再生需求,调节循环控制器cycle controller来变换循环时间。
当一张脱水床吸收水分时,另一张床进行再生。来自LNG闪蒸/蒸发气的再生气通过使用热媒在再生气加热器中加热。随后再生气用于加热第二张床,通过上流布置去去除吸收进的水分。热湿再生气在再生气冷却器22-E-0101里冷却。在冷却中,任何冷凝水分都将被再生气分离器去除。蒸发器离开分离器被送至高压燃料系统HP fuel system。随后,热的再生床被冷却准备进入下一轮吸水循环。冷却气是来自闪蒸/蒸发气的再生气但是它旁通至再生气加热器Regen Gas Heater 22-E-0102。如果蒸发气不能满足再生气流需要,离开吸收床的被处理气体可以添加用作补充。
无CO2的干燥原料气离开脱水器流经除尘过滤器22-U-0101A/B去除任何分子筛灰尘。出汞单床single Mercury Guard Bed 22-V-0104用来去除原料气中的任何汞,防止破坏下游铜焊铝板鳍片式热交换器downstream brazed aluminum plate fin heat exchanger。除汞床同样装有一个下游除尘过滤器22-U-0102A/B。
