We have an open position for a Technical Consultant to work in NAPA Customer Service team.
Tasks include:
· Working closely with the NAPA customers · Providing technical support to the customersin China and globally · Training customers on the NAPA system · Following and supporting sales activities
What we expect from you: · Bachelor or above degree majored in naval architecture · Minimum of 2 years working experience in shipyard or ship design organization · Familiar with structure design and general design of ships · Knowledge of NAPA software · Fluent in bothwritten and spoken English For our office in Shanghai, China we are seeking a
DELIVERY ENGINEER We have an open position for a Delivery Engineer to work in NAPA for Operations’ Delivery team.
NAPA for Operations’ Delivery team prepares and installs all NAPA for Operations’ products such as loading computers, electronic logbooks and voyage reporting tools onboard vessels and customizes the web solution, NAPA Office, into customer’s on-shore premises.
Tasks include:
· Handling the NAPA for Operations’ product deliveries and support · Keeping contact with customers · Following and supporting sales activities
What we expect from you: · Bachelor or master degree majored in naval architecture, marine electronics, IT or other equivalence · Minimum of 2 years working experience in shipyard or in shipping company · Good communication skills in verbal and written Mandarin and English · High level of computer skills · Willing to travel
