急聘YARD QUALITY MANAGER

帮朋友忙，急需要一个经验丰富的质量经理。具体要求如下：
EXPERIENCE：15 Years Quality Control / Quality management responsibilities within offshore/shipbuilding  construction industry。
EDUCATION  ： BS in Metallurgical Eng/ BS in Mechanical Eng/ BS in Total Quality Management。
Liaises  With:Yard Functional Management. Project Quality Management. Third Party Certification Authorities. Customer reps as required。
Basic Functions：Quality Management Representative for the Oversea Fabrication Yard operations。
Tasks and Responsibilities：

The specific tasks and responsibilities of the Yard Quality Manager shall include but not limited to the following:

· Ensuring that the training needs of quality department personnel are identified and action.

· Ensuring that all inspection activities are planned and undertaken in a timely manner.

· Administering N.D.T. the in-house NDT group and ensuring that all N.D.T requirements are fulfilled. Ensuring that N.D.T Subcontractor operations meet the Yard HS&E requirements.

· Ensuring that Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans and Procedures are adhered to, by the respective yard Quality personnel, in liaison with Project Quality Team.

· Ensuring that all Documentation requirements are defined and met.

· Ensuring that the project documentation & certification complies with contractual requirements and are prepared in a timely manner.

· Ensuring that all material and fabrication is certified in accordance with specified requirements.

· Liaising with the Area Quality Manager to ensure that the fabrication yard Quality System meets requirements established in the Area Quality Manual.

· Ensuring that Local Management Reviews of the Quality System are undertaken and reported in accordance with approved procedures.

· Ensuring that Quality records are maintained (e.g. Audit Schedules, Audit Report files, CAR files, etc.) including the Fabrication Yard Integrated Management System procedures.

英语要求基本交流没问题，主要是经验和经历，英语没有特别的要求，主要工作和交流是中国船厂，地点山东，国外公司直接招聘，请中介和猎头饶行。

不明白你的意思！
首先声明，我是帮国外朋友直接找的，据我知道的，这家公司刚和中国这边谈好，而且以前没有在中国招聘过人员。如果有具体问题可以发邮件直接问老外。
介于一些朋友的建议，我直接简单点说几个老外的硬性条件吧。
1。一定要有船厂或者石油行业质量经理的背景和经历，工作年限15年以上的，做过质量经理或者副经理3-5年以上的。
2。懂内审，质量体系，无损探伤NDT，文控。能够真正有管理能力的。
3。因为是要向国外公司汇报工作的，所以英语要基本交流没问题，但如果经验和经历优秀的人才英语条件可不作为要求，老外有可能会给你配秘书，主要工作环境是中文。
