某8000总吨的油轮船长为100米，其住舱区上层建筑位于船的尾部，在货舱区之后。此上层建筑外侧有一个通向船员舱室的通风口，距离上层建筑面向货物区域的舱壁为5.2米。

Refer to SOLAS Chapter II-2, regulation 4:

5.2.1 Except as permitted in paragraph 5.2.2,access doors, air inlets and openings to accommodation spaces, service spaces,control stations and machinery spaces shall not face the cargo area. They shallbe located on the transverse bulkhead not facing the cargo area or on theoutboard side of the superstructure or deckhouse at a distance of at least4 % of the length of the ship, but not less than 3 m from the end ofthe superstructure or deckhouse facing the cargo area. This distance need notexceed 5 m.
