The stress distribution of the welded cut in web structure was analyzed with 3D-FEM, and a series of static compression tests (three points bending) were made in the lab. The results show that the cut only having strip has the same strength against Crazing with the one only having stiffener. So this paper provides ship production with theoretical reference datum to select reasonably and economically strengthening form for longitudinal passage.
用三维有限元法分析了腹板焊接型切口结构的应力分布,并进行了静载压缩(三点弯曲)对比试验。结果表明,对于腹板焊接型切口,只在切口处加补板与只在切口下端加防挠材这两种纵骨通孔抗裂纹强度相当,为造船生产中合理、经济地选用纵骨通孔加强形式提供了理论参考依据。
