2、 ABS大船规范 4-6-4/17.3.2（b）Probabilistic Approach (2009). As an alterative to the deterministic approach of 4-6-
4/17.3.2(a), arrangements complying with the accidental oil fuel outflow performance standard of Regulation 12A, Annex I, MARPOL 73/78, as amended, would be acceptable.
