发电机翻译问题，求高人帮忙

老外的邮件，我非专业人士，不怎么明白，请高人翻译一下2，3项，谢谢！

Whensynchronizing it was observed at Main Switch Board,

1. ThePower factor of No.1 generator went up to 1 and then capacitive p.f., no.2generator Power factor kept down 0.5 p.f. inductive side.

2. Theno.2 current over 200A but not stable up and down with no.1 generator and thenthe two generator power factor was moving up and down booth generators directionopposite.

3. Aftera few minutes running booth generators above condition and even load becomingbalance condition it was occurring fluctuation power factor and current.

menglianglum 老前辈说的对，这几句话有些单词没有断开啊，根据自己的理解应该是：
2. 二号发电机的电流超过200A，但是起起伏伏并不稳定，于是这两台发电机的功率因数起起伏伏，并向相反的方向波动。
3.经过几分钟的运转，在上述条件下，甚至在负载平衡的条件下，功率因数和电流发生波动。
感觉这老外的英语不怎么通顺啊，不是正宗的西方老外吧，booth应该是both吧。
