公司业务包括：船舶性能优化、能耗优化、设计优化、船队管理优化等 Location: Downtown, Shanghai Team Member: 5-8P Duties Ø Participate in development of business expansion strategy and its execution Ø Directed, develop, monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules, coordinating staff assignments as authorized by management Ø Actively involved in pre-sales and post sales activities, act as the driving force to push forward new business expansion Ø Manage and develop additional sales from existing clients as well to identify potential prospects Ø Be a trusted advisor to shipowners, design offices, shipyards, manufacturers, and other related clients for new building and trouble shooting Ø Signing business correspondence according to Corporate Procedure, and according to personal authorization Ø Team Management Qualification Ø Completed engineering education as Navel Architect Ø 15 years' work experience in design house, design department of shipyard or classification society and team management Ø Theoretical knowledge and experienced in structural engineering design work with in-depth knowledge in strength, FEA, acoustic, global and local vibration analysis, measurements and fluid dynamics Ø Proven track record in design and new building or conversion projects. Ø Proficient knowledge on IT and CAD as well as FE tools Ø Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support with sales skills to provide advice and support Ø Ability to identify customer service requirements, formulate solution and manage opportunity from proposal to closing.
