艏部是属于机器处所吗?

对于常规的散货，集装箱和油船来说，艏部是属于机器处所，今天看了SOLAS规范，查了一下还是没有弄清楚艏部是属于机器处所(mechinery space )，还是属于上层建筑（accommodation space  )
那艏部是怎么划分的呢？

machinery space are machinery space of category A and other spaces  containing propulsion machinery ,boilers ,oil fuel units,ste am and internal  combustion engines generator and major electrical machinery ,oil filling station,refrigerating stabilizing ,ventilation and air conditioning mechinary ,and similiar spaces and trunks to such space .

accommodation spaces are those spaces used public spaces ,corridors, lavatories, acbins ,offices hospital cinemas ,game and hobby room ,barber shop ,pantries containing no cooking appliajnce and similar space
