很多港口的散货装载速度都达到了1到2万吨每小时，排压载水速度能跟上？

一般在港口排泄压载水要得到当地海事部门的同意，船舶一般在快到港口锚地时就已经把要排的压载水

排出，不存在搂主所说的

这样提前排水有时也是考虑到码头吃水！

请看：loading sequence manual,这是散货船都有的。
你可以看到，其实每一种装货状况，都是从压载状态开始的，而不是从你们说得docking condition 开始的。

公约里规定了，处于当地生态保护的要求，一般在近海前救要把压载水排空的。。。
