不论SOLAS2009是否生效

ships of 150meters and upwards,assigned a freeboard of Type A , to comply with ICLL.
而SPS 2008吧原来SPS的确定性破舱给换成与SOLAS2009协调一致的概率性破舱,N>240时候按照客船的R,N小于60按照货船的R,N在两者之间R按照人数线性差值。其余的条款按照N来选取具体执行客船的还是货船的,但是部分条款不论N的大小,强制执行客船的相关要求。貌似舱底水就是这样。
CCS也增加了SPS 附加标志,只是没对比过,不知道CCS在现有的SPS 2008的法检基础上还有什么附加的入级检验的要求。若有哪位朋友仔细研究过请赐教,十分感谢!3Q!
