PSPC，现在国内那些船厂有了这方面的经验阿？

SOLAS强制生效时间：
For ships of not less than 500 gross tonnage
适用于不小于500总吨的船舶：
1.       for which the building contract is placed on or after 1 July 2008, or
2008年7月1日或以后签订建造合同的船舶；或
2.       in the absence of a building contract, the keels of which are laid or which are at a similar stage of construction on or after 1 January 2009, or
无建造合同，在2009年1月1日或以后铺龙骨或处于类似建造阶段的船舶；或
3.       the delivery of which is on or after 1 July 2012.
于2012年7月1日或以后交船的船舶。

请教一下：
PSPC适用范围说是针对压载水舱和散货船双舷侧处，这里的‘双舷侧处’仅仅是指双壳散货的舷侧？单壳散货船的舷侧，譬如顶边舱用作压载之外的用途的话，算不算双舷侧处所呢？

其实不难，难的是厂里的计划控制管理等一系列东西，这个规定让一些很小的厂很不好受。

国内的大厂应该都没有问题
