我不给你具体的规范。但给你一个iacs UR P5,既然这是国际船级社的规范，当然会在不同船级社的规范里有所体现。但通常在附加船级符号里。估计不同船级社的说法不一样

5. Pumps
5.1 The ballast system is to be served by at least two pumps. Where the sequential
method is adopted the capacity of each pump is, in general, to be capable of providing
ballast water exchange of the largest dedicated ballast water tank or group of tanks
that are undergoing simultaneous exchange (whichever is the greater volume), as per
the approved BWE plan, within three hours.
5.2 Ballast water exchange of cargo holds used for the carriage of water ballast will
require an extended period of time and is normally to be completed within twenty four
hours by one pump.
