如果当由MEP公司每月定义和出版的热卷板世界钢铁交易的平均价格在双方签订本供应合同日起到购买钢板的那天有上涨或下跌（如果供应合同上没有定义日期，那么钢铁月度价格交付月份立即向前推6个月包括交付月）超过2%那么供货合同中规定的25%的供货合同价格应做相应的调整与之一致。调整的额度应该等值于25%的供货合同价乘以一定的比率从供应合同签订月到购买钢材结束的月份。
