一个大型联合工业项目最近已经结束，即使过了大约25年后，在通过各种研究的情况下，貌似不可能通过测量去下结论，作用在结构上的实际压力有多少。

I think your translation is correct.
It would be better if changed "貌似" to "看来“ in Chinese wording.
